OC Power Generation LTD offers the very best and newest technology to date.
We are constantly training out engineers and customers on the best technology that can be sourced. Generator Controllers and associated panels play a vital part in back up power systems. New controllers can now even be operated and updated via mobile phone app.
At OC Power Generation Ltd, we monitor all our customers and provide free call outs, so as you are never left without power.
InteliGenNT GeCon
Our InteliGenNT GeCon is a comprehensive generator controller for single or multiple gen-sets operating in standby or parallel modes. A built-in synchroniser and a digital isochronous load sharer allow a total integrated solution for generator in standby, island parallel or mains parallel.
Premium generator controller for both single and multiple gensets operating in standby or parallel modes
Support of cogeneration (CHP) and other complex applications
To be used in conjunction with detachable colour displays InteliVision 8 or InteliVision 5
Complete integrated generator solution and signal sharing via CAN bus – minimum external components needed
Many communication options – easy remote supervising and servicing
Generator performance log for easy problem tracing
Automatic synchronizing and control breaker
Baseload, Import / Export, Temp By Power, Peak shaving, Voltage and PF control (AVR)
Generator measurement: U, I, Hz, kW, kVAr, kVA, PF, kWh, kVAhr
Mains measurement: U, I, Hz, kW, kVAr, PF
Selectable measurement ranges for AC voltages and currents – 120 / 277 V, 0–1 / 0–5 A
Inputs and outputs configurable for various customer needs
Bipolar binary output – possibility to use BO as High or Low side switch
1× RS232 / 2× RS485 interface with Modbus protocol support; Analog / GSM / ISDN / CDMA modem communication support; SMS messages; secondary RS485 converter is isolated

ATS change over panels maintenance
At OC Power our ATS Maintenance will provide a 18 point maintenance program which will be implemented for the purpose of maintaining the Automatic Transfer Switch in the best possible operating condition. A Transfer Switch is an electrical switch that switches a load between two sources. Some transfer switches are manual, in that an operator effects the transfer by throwing a switch, while others are automatic and switch when they sense one of the sources has been lost or gained power. An Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) is often installed where a backup generator is located, so that the generator may provide temporary electrical power if the utility source fails.
